On December 29, 2021, SP Olean Troopers arrested Christopher L. Gross, 52, of Olean, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined Gross had stolen merchandise valued at $194.84.
Gross was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear in January.
