On January 1st, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Katherine Depasquale, 59, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree.
The Troopers attempted to pull Depasquale over for driving erratically, including leaving the roadway on 2nd Street in the Hamlet of Kennedy. After Depasquale failed several SFSTs, the Troopers attempted to place her under arrest at which point she attempted to flee the scene and continued to act disorderly after being taken into custody. At SP Jamestown, Depasquale refused to provide a breath sample and was subsequently processed as a refusal. Depasquale was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
