On March 12th, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Yadiel Tapia, 21, of Jamestown, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Tapia was pulled over for committing a traffic violation on Harding Avenue in Jamestown and placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs. Tapia was transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where a blood sample was obtained. Tapia was then transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed, issued tickets and released. Tapia is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court later in the month.
