On March 12, 2021, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Jody D. Errick, 35 of Clarence Center, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Controlled Substance out of Original Container and Driving While Intoxicated by Drugs.
On March 12, 2021 at 8:42 A.M., while on patrol, Troopers out of SP Clarence were almost struck by a zero-turn riding lawn mower driving in the roadway on Strickler Road in the town of Clarence. Troopers interviewed the operator, Errick who showed signs of impairment. Errick had Alprazolam on him and did not pass SFST’s. NYSP Drug Recognition Expert administered additional test which showed signs of impairment by drugs.
Errick was processed at SP Clarence and issued an Appearance Ticket for the town of Clarence Court.
