On March 10, 2021, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Stephanie F. Bowman, 33, of Albion, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana 2nd Degree.
Bowman was operating a 2008 Dodge on Main Street in the town of Clarence when she was stopped for driving erratically. Further investigation revealed Bowman had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. She was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marihuana. Bowman was arrested and transported to SP Clarence where she refused further evaluation and testing. Bowman was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court for future arraignment.
