On September 14th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested John Migliore, 40, of Falconer, for Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Migliore was pulled over on Route 394 in Kennedy for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Migliore was placed under arrest. A bag containing three tramadol pills was found on Migliore’s person. Migliore was transported to SP Jamestown where refused to provide a breath sample. Migliore was then processed and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
