On August 18, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Andrea M. Weaver, 35, of Jamestown, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
During a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in the town of Great Valley, Troopers determined Weaver had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Weaver was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.
Weaver was released with appearance tickets for Great Valley Town Court, where she is due to appear in September.
