On August 10, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Shane E. Cline, 42, of Scio, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Troopers investigating an incident at a residence on Meservey Hill Road in the town of Scio determined Cline had struck a child who was not a family member.
Cline was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Scio Town Court, where he is due to appear in September.
