For the first time in nearly a century, Buffalo is home to a Major League Baseball club — at least temporarily.

The Toronto Buffalo Blue Jays will play their first home game of the incredibly odd 2020 season at Sahlen Field this afternoon, taking on the Miami Marlins.

While the region may be geared up to host the MLB team, the same cruel twist of fate that allows — no requires — it, will also keep Buffalonians from watching the game in person.

First pitch is at 6:37 p.m. for those lucky enough to be able to watch the game on MLB TV.
