On August 7th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested James Haley, 41, of Conewango Valley, for Harassment 2nd Degree.
The Troopers responded to Route 62 in Conewango Valley for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Haley approached the victim with a sharp item and threatened him with violence. Haley was placed under arrest and issued an appearance ticket. Haley is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellington Court later in the month to answer the charge.
