On July 28, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Shamge M. Kubanov, 39, of Parma, OH for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in the town of Allegany, Kubanov was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Kubanov was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.09% BAC.
Kubanov was released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
