The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
• 5 new positive cases
• Total of 1361 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
• 67 active cases (66 isolating at home, 1 in hospital)
• 1200 recovered
• 94 deaths

Quarantines, unlike isolations, are for people who are well and not showing symptoms, but may have been exposed to the virus. Right now, 170 people are in quarantine and 1255 have completed quarantine.
