On July 14th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Michael Hitchcock, 58, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Hitchcock was pulled over on Cowens Corners Road in Conewango Valley for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Hitchcock was placed under arrest. Hitchcock was transported to the State Police barracks where he provided a breath sample of .12. Hitchcock was then processed, issued tickets and released. Hitchcock is scheduled to appear in the town of Conewango Court later in the month.
