On July 10, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Rachel Y. Slawiak, 29, of Portville, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Troopers investigating a two-car accident on State Route 417 in the town of Portville determined Slawiak had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene.
Slawiak was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Portville Town Court, where she is due to appear in August.
