PRESS RELEASE
On July 8, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Robert J. Deppa, 36, of Salamanca, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
During an investigation of an unrelated complaint, Troopers determined Deppa to be in possession of heroin.
Deppa was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
