On July 5th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Christian Kinney, 32, of Sherman, for Driving While Ability Impaired and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree.
Kinney was pulled over for committing several traffic violations on Camp and Mina Roads in Mina, and was placed under arrest after failing SFSTs. Kinney was transported to the State Police barracks where he provided a breath sample of .07. A check of Kinney’s driving record revealed that his license was revoked for an out of state DWI. Kinney was then issued tickets and released. Kinney is scheduled to appear in the town of Mina Court on a later date.
