On July 4, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Garrett A. Blade, 26, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
During a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the town of Olean, Troopers determined Blade had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Blade was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.
Blade was released with appearance tickets for Olean Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
