Niagara County to offer COVID-19 update at 2 p.m. - All WNY News
The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:


We regretfully report the death of a 92 year-old male with underlying health conditions.  We send our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

The rest of the update is as follows:
            • 12 new positive cases
• Total of 1232 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
• 32 active cases (31 isolating at home, 1 in hospital)
• 1111 recovered
• 89 deaths
• 29,846 people tested (source: https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/ )
Quarantines, unlike isolations, are for people who are well and not showing symptoms, but may have been exposed to the virus.  Right now, 56 people are in quarantine and 1144 have completed quarantine.
