PRESS RELEASE
On June 21st, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Rachel Courtier, 35, of Mayville, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
Courtier was pulled over for a seatbelt violation on Jefferson Street in Jamestown and during the traffic stop, Courtier was found to be in possession of a bag of cocaine, a bag of heroin and a scale with cocaine residue. Courtier was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.
Courtier was released with appearance tickets and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court on a later date.
