On June 18, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Nicholas G. Boitschenko, 41, of Machias, NY for Burglary 1st Degree.
Troopers investigating a complaint at a residence on Maple Avenue in the town of Machias determined Boitschenko had entered the premises illegally and made threats against a party within.
Boitschenko was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Machias Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
