PRESS RELEASE
On June 17, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Christopher B. Benz, 30, of Farmersville, NY for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree.
Troopers responded to a complaint of an unwanted person at a residence on Elton Road in the town of Farmersville determined Benz had entered the home uninvited.
Benz was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Farmersville Town Court, where he is due to appear in July.
