ASHVILLE — On June 18th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Scott McChesney, 30, of Ashville, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle off the road on Open Meadows Road and after failing SFSTs, McChesney was placed under arrest. McChesney was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a Fredonia Police Department Drug Recognition Expert. Investigation revealed that McChesney was under the influence of methadone.
After a blood sample was secured from McChesney at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown, McChesney was transported back to SP Jamestown for processing. McChesney was then issued tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court on a later date. McChesney was uninjured from driving off the road.
