On May 28th, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Trevor Hayes, 37, of Sherman, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Hayes was pulled over for a traffic violation at Church and Main Streets in Sherman and after failing several SFSTs, Hayes was placed under arrest. Hayes was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16. Hayes was then processed, issued tickets and released. Hayes is scheduled to appear in the town of Sherman Court on a later date.
