Niagara County to offer COVID-19 update at 2 p.m. - All WNY News
 The Niagara County Department of Health issued the following update on positive COVID-19 cases in Niagara County:
We regretfully report the deaths of two Niagara County residents.  We send our deepest sympathies to their family and friends:
  • An 81 year-old male with underlying health conditions
  • A 73 year-old  male with underlying health conditions
  •  

    The rest of the update is as follows:                        

  • 6 new positive cases
  • Total of 529 positives to date (isolations + recoveries + deaths)
  • 246 active cases (isolating at home or in hospital)
  • 255 recovered
  • 28 deaths 
  • 3,236 people tested (source: https://covid19tracker.health.ny.gov/)
                 

Niagara County Legislature Chairman Becky Wydysh will provide an update on COVID-19 today at 2 p.m.  The update will be live on LCTV and streamed at lctv.net.    This broadcast will then be available later in the day in LCTV’s on-demand library under “Niagara County Legislature” and on the county’s Facebook page.
