On 4-23-2020, Troopers arrested Matthew M. Mescall, 39, of Collins, NY for a violation of an order of protection.
Troopers received a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation revealed that Mescall had contacted the protected party of a Stay Away Order of Protection. Mescall was subsequently arrested and transported to Cattaraugus County Court. Mescall was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Mescall is to appear in Perrysburg Town Court in June.
