Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Shop ‘N Save in the village of Bolivar determined Nease had stolen merchandise valued at $11.14.
Nease was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Bolivar Village Court, where he is due to appear in May.
On April 9, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Justin J. Nease, 39, of Bolivar, NY for Petit Larceny.
