On March 28, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Vincent F. Carcone, 23, of Belmont, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
During their investigation of a complaint at a residence on Watson Road in the town of Wirt, Troopers determined Carcone had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Carcone was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed him to be impaired.
Doner was released with appearance tickets for Wirt Town Court, where he is due to appear in May.
