RANDOLPH — A 29-year-old Jamestown man was charged Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment following a complaint.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a residence for a report of aggravated harassment. Investigation revealed that Robert Baker left the victim several voicemails threatening to assault her and burn down her home.  Baker was arrested at his residence in Jamestown, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the town of Randolph Court. Baker was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
