ARCADE — A 25-year-old Arcade man was charged Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, during a traffic stop on Main Street in the town of Arcade, Troopers determined Dillon M. Stiles had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Stiles was then arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.20% BAC.

Stiles was released with appearance tickets for Arcade Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
