FORESTVILLE — A 23-year-old Forestville man was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following a complaing.
According to New York State Police, the complainant reported to the Troopers that she had been receiving multiple harassing and threatening phone calls from Jesse Borrello, during one of which he threatened the her life. Borrello was arrested, processed at SP Fredonia and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
