JAMESTOWN — A 21-year-old Bemus Point man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 430.
According to New York State Police, Bannon Eimiller was pulled over on Route 430 in Jamestown for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Eimiller was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .12. Eimiller was then processed, issued tickets and released. Eimiller is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court later in the month.
