ALLEGANY — A 28-year-old Allegany woman was charged July 24 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and use of a vehicle without an interlock device following a collision in the Walmart parking lot.
According to New York State Police, during their investigation of two separate property damage accidents in the Walmart parking lot, Troopers observed Jessica E. Learn was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. They determined she had been operating a motor vehicle in an impaired condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Learn was then arrested and transported to SP Olean.
