DUNKIRK — A 25-year-old Silver Creek woman was charged earlier today with petit larceny, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest following a shoplifting complaint.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to TJ Maxx for a shoplifting complaint, where investigation revealed that Nathasha Feliciano placed almost $200.00 in merchandise in a personal bag and left the store. Feliciano began running when she saw the Troopers arrive, however she was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. Feliciano was transported to SP Jamestown when she was processed and issued appearance tickets. Feliciano is scheduled to appear in the town of Dunkirk Court on a later date.
