STOW — A 34-year-old Erie, Pa. man was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Shaun Francis was pulled over for speeding and while speaking to Francis, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Francis and his vehicle revealed a bag of marijuana and a smoking device containing burnt marijuana. Francis was issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court next month.
