Sylvia Papineau — or Sylly as she’s known here — will offer up daily commentary on Discover Channel’s Shark Week 2019 specials. The Arcade resident and self-proclaimed Shark Week ‘finatic’ has been given free reign to discuss whatever she chooses with regards to the 30th anniversary of the week-long celebration.
