RANDOLPH — A 20-year-old Cattaraugus woman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.

According to New York State Police, Hannah Taylor was pulled over for using her cell phone on Main Street in Randolph and while speaking to Taylor, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.  A search of Taylor and her vehicle revealed a bag of marijuana and two smoking devices containing marijuana residue.  Hannah was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court later in the month.
