SINCLAIRVILLE — A 36-year-old Sinclairville woman was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief following a reported domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, Nichole Olmstead “cut the victim’s car tire with a machete to prevent him from driving away.”
Olmstead was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Olmstead was then issued anappearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Charlotte Court next month.
