WIRT — A 19-year-old Singlehouse, Pa. man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
According to New York State Police, during their investigation of a one-car accident on County Road 8, Dylan C. Pesock was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests. Pesock was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.
