JAMESTOWN — A 28-year-old Warren, Pa., man was charged earlier today with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. 


According to New York State Police, Adam Rodgers was pulled over for not wearing his seatbelt on Hebner Street. During the traffic stop, Rodgers was found to be in possession of multiple hypodermic needles and a bag containing one gram of methamphetamine. Rodgers was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Rodgers was then issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court next month.
