Automotive Technician Job Description:
- Provides automotive services by performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely, and according to industry standards and published labor time standards.
- Automotive services may include, but are not limited to drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, brake and exhaust systems.
- Promotes business by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and a clean and safe work area.
- Suggests additional work that is necessary to the Service Advisor so the customer may be notified.
- Maintains sufficient personally owned tools; keeps tools in good working order.
