CHEEKTOWAGA — Five Erie County residents were charged on Friday during an underage drinking enforcement detail conducted at 12 establishments by New York State Police Members from SP Clarence in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority. 


The following subjects were arrested under the New York Alcoholic Beverage Control Law Section 65, Prohibited sale to a person under the age of 21, and released to appear in Cheektowaga Town Court at a later date.

  •   Darlene Lyman, 34 of Depew, an employee of the Bellevue Hotel, 544Como Park Blvd.
  •   Michelle Dombrowski, 24 of Cheektowaga, an employee of 7 Eleven Store, 2970 Union Rd.
  •   Cheryl Stephens, 45 of Cheektowaga, an employee of Oasis Convenience Store, 2551 Harlem Rd.
  •   William Arnold, 52 of Cheektowaga, an employee of Town Park Liquor, 2551 Harlem Rd.
  •   Jamey Bierzynski, 54 of Cheektowaga, an employee of Rafferty’s Irish Pub, 2794 Harlem Rd.
            The following establishments were checked and found to be in compliance:
  • Speedway at 2700 Union Rd.
  • Rite Aid Pharmacy at 2912 William St.
  • IV Stallions Lounge at 2912 William St.
  • Spare Time Bowling at 2850 William St.
  • Anchor Inn at 2437 William St.
  • J&M Convenient Shop at2365 William St.
  • 7 Eleven Store at 2761 Harlem Rd.
