This week’s featured event is MTM presents Mental Health Awareness.
Mark (Marcus) Lee has started a movement in Buffalo. ‘More Than Music’ is about just that, sharing more than just what they create. Mark shares stories, shares memories, shares a love to connect with others. MTM (more than music) stands up to give back, and their upcoming event is all about Mental Health Awareness. This Friday, February 8th, Nietzsche’s (right on Allen St in downtown Buffalo) will host a large array of local performers all giving their time to support the cause! Mark Lee performs backed by a live band comprised of Marcus Edwards, Kevin Lazono, Roger Pleasent, AJ Tetzlaff, & Brian Simmons. He will also be joined by Iyam, Genecist, and N Dure during the headline set. But plenty more performers will be part of the night’s entertainment, including Livu_Saamz, Gary Wallace, Nash, Hydro Studios, S.Q., Maddie Radway, Jreasn, Felix Spillz Cuevas, La Reiz, Molotov, Da Villy Kids, & Mindy Davey. Efx & Lazyrus will also be doing Spoken Work performances, while DJ Unknown will be on the decks all night. Celebrate local music, and support a good cause! Tickets are $10 presale for this ages 21 or older event, and the event will run from 9:00pm until about 2am.
