YORKSHIRE — A 27-year-old Delevan woman was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers investigated a complaint that Samantha L. Haettich had broke the tail light on her roommate’s vehicle. Haettich was interviewed and admitted to smashing the tail light in hopes of getting her roommate stopped by police. Haettich turned herself into SP Machias Troopers and was processed.
Haettich was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Yorkshire in January 2019.
