This week’s featured event is Friday’s Dilettante EP Release Show.
Dilettante (pronounced : Dil – leh – Taunt) is an Alternative/Punk band from Buffalo, New York. They were brought together through anguish and a love of music, are here to enrich the spectrum of life by sharing their passion, their strengths, and their weaknesses with the most surreal form of expression. Erik Wik fronts this quickly rising Buffalo band with a persona and voice to match with the greats. Ryan Lewis, Christina Benavides, Phil Thomas, & Chris Stevens fill out the sound with intricate songwriting bouncing between trembling and quaking. This Friday, January 25th marks the release of their debut EP with a line up of well-loved local artists including Of Night & Light, Overlook, & Winksi. After Dark Presents this Ages 16 or older event at the Rec Room downtown on W. Chippewa St!
