BOLIVAR — A 31-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested by New York State Police on Tuesday for “being a fugitive from justice,” according to NYSP.

Troopers were dispatched to a location on Main Street in the village of Bolivar to attempt to locate Jordan M. Woolley, 31, of Shinglehouse, Pa., who was wanted on an arrest warrant for driving under the influence in McKean County, Pa.

Troopers located Woolley and took him into custody. He was arraigned in Friendship Town Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail pending extradition.
