CONCORD — A 46-year-old Orchard Park man was charged today with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Taylor Road.


According to New York State Police, Raymond J. Germain was stopped on SR-219 for moving from his lane unsafely. The trooper interviewing Germain detected the odor of alcoholic beverage. Germain was given field sobriety tests which he failed. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Boston where he refused to submit to the breath test. Germain processed for Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the town of Concord court on February 4, 2019 at 7:00 PM.
