This week’s featured event is the 2018 All WNY Awards Ceremony on Saturday at Evening Star Concert Hall in Niagara Falls. “The 2018 All WNY Awards Ceremony will be an action-packed day filled with eight musical performances and the presentation of awards in 23 categories.” says All WNY founder and fearless leader Scott Leffler. What began many years ago under the 91.3 FM WBNY banner later changed over to All WNY Radio and went through some alterations. The most recent of which is the change in how nominations and voting was handled, narrowing it down to a much easier-to-digest format. “Shifting from how awards ceremonies were done in the past, this year we’ve decided not to announce the winners ahead of time. Instead, we’ll have awards presented throughout the day intermixed with performances from eight artists, all nominees in their respective categories.” The event will run from 3:00 to 9:00pm at the Evening Star Concert Hall in Niagara Falls, NY. It is also free to attend and is open to the public! The first hour will feature performances from Ally Rose Marella, Ronnie Watts, & Shannon Vanderlaan to kick things off. Each hour after will feature award winner announcements and a performance from a nominated band. Mom Said No, Wyatt Coin, Chuckie Campbell, Digital Afterlife, & Dredneks will all grace the stage throughout the day. Be sure to stop by for “a whole lot of fun!”
