ELLICOTTVILLE — A 48-year-old Lackawanna woman was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Sugartown Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Dorothy M. Hagen for crossing over the center line. Hagen was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Ellicottville for processing. Hagen recorded a .15 percent blood alcohol content.
Hagen was arraigned in the Town of Ashford court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $2,500 bail.
