BATAVIA — A 42-year-old Pembroke man was charged Monday with petit larceny following a complaint.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to Ye Olde Willow Bend Inn where a complainant advised Troopers on scene that a green pick-up truck pulled up next to the business, the front passenger exited the vehicle, and proceeded to steal a sign to the business. The registration and suspect description was provided to the Troopers.
The information provided quickly led to the arrest of Daniel E. King who was given an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court for January 2019.
