STAFF REPORTS
On December 2, 2018, Troopers out of SP Olean were dispatched to the area of Paton Drive in the town of Carrollton for a report of aggravated harassment. Troopers took a report and went to the possible suspect, 42-year-old male of Limestone, NY residence and where unable to make contact with him.
While attempting to locate the suspect, the original caller notified Cattaraugus County 911 and stated he was walking around outside with a long gun. Troopers searched the area and the suspect was not located. A warrant was secured and surrounding law enforcement were notified. The suspect was located in Bradford Pennsylvania and taken into custody. The suspect is being held for extradition and charges are pending in NY.
NYSP Aviation was used in this investigation. This is an ongoing criminal investigation.
